Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back into its original shipping box, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
